Cancellation Policy
Skoot follows a strict but fair cancellation policy that follows the below timeline:
If you wish to cancel your Booking, simply contact us at info@skootnow.com with "Cancellation Request" in the subject line. Please keep in mind that when a renter wishes to cancel a booking, that is lost revenue to our partners. The scooter listing which you have booked is removed from the platform for the duration of the booking and as such is unavailable to other potential renters. This is the reason for our strict adherence to the Skoot Cancellation Policy.
